Republic of Srpska is entitled to conduct a referendum deciding whether to remain in union with Federation Bosnia-Herzegovina or to become an independent state. NGO Yes Srpska will campaign for a referendum as we believe that the people in Republic of Srpska should decide their own future in a democratic way.
